Is it possible to change my appointment?
Absolutely, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice and your appointment can be rescheduled without any further charges.
Cancellation policy.
Any appointments missed and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original date without reasonable justification will be charged at full appointment rate and no refunds will be given. At therapist discretion.
What is the payment process?
Full payment is required prior to appointment, all details provided at time of booking.
Cancellation by therapist.
Should I need to cancel your session I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible, and your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest possible convenient time.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Should you require a receipt please request this during your appointment.
